Bodybuilding Basics

 Wanna be big and build and aestethic body? Those are the basics things you need to follow to get succes:

  • TRAIN BETWEEN 3 AND 5 TIMES A WEEK
 3 workouts a week  should be the minimum. 5 times will be perfect. Unless you have a lot of time to recover and you train already for many years don't exceed this number. As we gonna see you get huge by resting.
  • REST
Workout, weight training don't make your muscles grow instantly. Tis is the opposite. By training you put some stress on your muscles, you tear them. They need to reconstruct stronger for the next time. The process on reconstruction is active during the resting time. In conclusion it's when you rest that you build muscles.

  • EAT CLEAN
Your diet is the key of your succes. Your first gym is your Kitchen. Eating clean means first to prepare what you eat. Best way to know what you put in your plate. Second, to eat enough (the right quantity) and clean (quality food).
  • DRINK WATER
What our body need more and first. We are more than 60% of water. And in the normal life and by training we spend a big part of this water. We need to renew it constantly. Drink all day long in small quantities.
  • BE PATIENT AND STAY MOTIVATED
Results take time! You don't need to rush. You'll need a couple of months before get results. Three months should be consider as the minimum period. Think your training year as cycles: 4 (winter, spring, summer, autumn). Every three months try to take one week full rest.
But once you get started just think it will be a long journey, an exciting life journey
